At Basementia Design we are concerned about your privacy. That is why we have developed, and strictly implement, the following policy:

How we use your information

• If you pay us to do so, we may print your information on various business items, such as business cards, which we will then ship directly to you.
• We will never sell, share, or otherwise provide your information to any third party, unless under grand jury subpoena or a signed order from a judge. We think this latter possibility is extremely unlikely.

  What information we collect

• We collect certain information from you for the purpose of conducting business with you. This includes the information which we print for you, as well as your shipping information for order delivery, and such contact information as may be required to verify or resolve questions about your order.
• We do not currently have a mailing list. If you receive a “bulk” message pretending to be from us, the message headers were forged, it was not really from us. At some point in the future we may allow you as a user to submit your information to us for the purpose of receiving periodic e-mails or printed newsletter updates on topics which may be of interest to you. If at some point in the future we do create a mailing list, signing up for that list will be strictly voluntary on an opt-in basis, and we will at your request be happy to remove you from the list at any time.
• As all servers do, our server collects general usage statistics. None of this information is personally identifiable, nor could it or would it ever be used to contact you. If you contact us, we note your IP address as an anti-spam tool.

  Secure online payments

• All payment transactions take place on PayPal's secure server. No login or PayPal membership is required. Your financial details such as credit card numbers are never disclosed to Basementia; all we know is that you paid, and that's good enough for us!
