At Basementia Design™ we are concerned about your privacy. That is why we have developed, and strictly implement, the following policy:

As all servers do, our server collects general, anonymous usage statistics. Additionally we utilize services provided by our advertising partners to better analyze site usage patterns. All of the resulting data is available only in aggregate form. None of this information is personally identifiable.
We require standard contact information from you for the purpose of conducting business with you. If you send a message or make a payment through this website, you will be asked for such information, as appropriate.
If you contact us through our website, we note your IP address as a modest anti-spam tool.

If you pay us to do so, we may print your information on various business items, such as business cards, which we will then ship directly to you.
In some cases, if you are a very special client, we may send you holiday greeting cards or special offers via US Post. If you ask that we never ever send you mail, we will honor your request and make sure to remove you from any future internally generated mailing lists.

If you provide your personal contact information to us as described above, we do not sell, share, or otherwise provide your information to any third parties.

We Hate Spam

You might think you hate spam; but we hate spam even more than you do.
We do not send spam. We do not engage in "e-mail marketing." We do not have an e-newsletter. Basementia™ does not send unsolicited bulk e-mail, ever.
Any e-mail we send to you will be specific to an order or query you have placed with us. Our servers are configured to prevent the sending of bulk mail by us or by our website hosting clients.
If you ever receive a spam message which claims to be sent from one of Basementia's domains, please understand that this is a malicious, fraudulent message sent by unprincipled hackers employing forged headers. In essence, a spammer can make a spam message look like it was sent to you from anyone they want: the President of the United States, or yourself, or anyone at all. Any spam pretending to be from Basementia is a forgery. We do not send spam. If you receive a “bulk” e-mail message pretending to be from us, you may safely delete it without reading it. All payment transactions take place via encrypted SSL on PayPal's secure server. No login or PayPal membership is required. Your financial details such as credit card numbers are never disclosed to Basementia; all we know is that you paid, and that's good enough for us!

A: We obtain most of our mailing list data from public records, although we reserve the right to buy lists at our discretion.
